Tyrrell County Schools is in the process of completing the applications for the ESSER II and III funds. We are seeking input from our community stakeholders in this process. You can find more information, including what type of expenditures are allowed and a survey to gather your suggestions for student or school needs that you believe should be addressed with this funding, at https://www.tyrrell.k12.nc.us/apps/form/ESSER. Our school district is informing stakeholders that an employee for Tyrrell County Schools has tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

This is a reminder that next week, March 29th - April 2nd, we will operate just as printed on the academic calendar This is a 4 day face-to-face instructional week. Wednesday is NOT a remote day and Friday, April 2nd is a holiday and there will be no school for students and staff on that day. Students will return on Monday, April 12th, after Spring Break has ended.

The Tyrrell County Schools Board of Education will meet for a Work Session on Monday, March 29, 2021 - Closed Session @5:30pm & Open Session @6:30pm
